How do returns work?

Which products are not eligible for returns?
Returns and Replacements are done free of cost if wrong products (incomplete sets or incorrect style), wrong sizes (size other than that ordered) or damaged products are received by the customer.
Gift cards, sale, clearance and promotional items are also not eligible for a return or exchange.
Only readymade products are eligible for return. Customized products are made to order and hence not eligible for return. However, in case of any damage or wrong sizes (size other than that ordered), please contact us at +91 9655 210 077 or write to us at email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving the package. We will assess the damage and get back to you as soon as we can.
What if I don’t like the fabric after I get it?
If you are worried about that, we provide you with free swatches of the fabric you choose. The sample swatch will be shipped to you on request. You will only have to pay 50 rupees for its shipping. So you can see and feel the fabric, and only then place the order. This way, you won’t have to go through the procedure of returns.
Can items be returned after the time period mentioned in the Returns Policy?
No, we will not be able to accept returns after the time period mentioned in the Returns Policy.
